Thai CDC’s very own Directing Attorney, Panida Rzonca is shown in this Thai news clip assisting victims from the Global Horizons case receive settlement funds from the US EEOC settlement. Thai CDC was contracted by the EEOC to provide claims processing services including delivering funds to hard-to-reach populations in rural areas of Thailand. This video clip shows one of the victims who came to meet Ms. Rzonca at the government office in Khon Kaen, Thailand, where he applied for a passport because he lacked proper identification for ITIN purposes. This is just one way that the Thai CDC is able to collaborate transnationally with both the Thai and US governments in assisting victims of human trafficking.
